At Heyvoun , your satisfaction is our priority.
If an item doesn't suit you, you have simple options to request a return or refund.

1. Return period

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

  • In accordance with European legislation, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification.

2. Eligibility conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return procedure

  • Unauthorized returns (sent without prior request) will not be accepted.

  • Depending on the case, return costs may be charged to the customer.

4. Non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products.

  • Hygiene products (e.g. brushes, care products, etc.).

  • Gift cards and sale items.

5. Damaged Products or Order Errors

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
In case of defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately: we will take care of the problem by replacing or refunding in full .

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get another item is to return the product you received, then place a new order once the refund is validated.

7. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a confirmation.

  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
