At Heyvoun , your satisfaction is our priority.
If an item doesn't suit you, you have simple options to request a return or refund.
1. Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

In accordance with European legislation, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without justification.
2. Eligibility conditions
For your return to be accepted, the item must:

Be in the same condition as you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).

Be returned in its original packaging with all tags.

Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return procedure

Unauthorized returns (sent without prior request) will not be accepted.

Depending on the case, return costs may be charged to the customer.
4. Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned:

Personalized or tailor-made products.

Hygiene products (e.g. brushes, care products, etc.).

Gift cards and sale items.
5. Damaged Products or Order Errors
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
In case of defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately: we will take care of the problem by replacing or refunding in full .
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get another item is to return the product you received, then place a new order once the refund is validated.
7. Refunds
